Life becomes difficult sometimes. It's like you're locked in a glass box in the middle of the street and people are just walking past you without seeing the pain that you are in or providing you with the support you need to make it through the day. People seem to think that you always have it together because you're always helping others, your husband, your wife, your kids, your parents, your friends, your coworkers. People see the smile on your face not knowing that it is a mask hiding tears from anger, anxiety, depression, and other hinderances in your life. Sometimes we just need someone to give you a lending ear, a helping hand, someone to hold you up when you no longer have the strength to do so.
My role is to assist you in working through the difficult times in your life. Through a holistic approach, I can assist you through how to manage your anxiety, depression, and life’s ups and downs. Together, we will take a walk through your life and focus on your strengths to get you through your struggles.
I am a Pre-Licensed Social Worker who has been in the field of Social Services for over 20 years working with children, teens, adults, and families though therapy, and case management. I am a certified School Social Worker, and a certified Yoga instructor, and I am currently working on my Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification. I have enjoyed helping people since youth and decided to continue to help people as an adult. I am a mother of 2 who enjoys traveling, exercising and I am a foodie.
